Introducing the XP DEUS II Metal Detector, a brand-new chapter in metal detecting history. This is no ordinary simultaneous multi-frequency metal detector; it’s fast, lightweight, fully wireless and waterproof for up to 20m.
The DEUS II is XP’s first fully submersible metal detector and can be submerged up to 20m, making it perfect for divers. Using the BH-01 bone conduction headphones, it still retains a perfect target ID and full tonal range underwater. When using ordinary waterproof headphones underwater, the ear fills with water obscuring your hearing. The bone conduction headphones sit in front of the ears on the cheekbone and transmit sound to the inner ear directly through vibrations applied to the bones. Your ears are therefore free, so you are able to hear your surroundings or isolate your hearing and protect your ears with earplugs. These headphones can also be used on land, making them highly versatile.
Once the coil, remote control, headphones and pinpointer are paired, they communicate wirelessly and without latency using the XP patented fast radio protocol system. Target signals generated by the search coil are instantly transmitted to the headphones with no delay, giving the DEUS II unparalleled speed and accuracy. Quickly swap out the wireless XP FMF coils, use XP’s wireless remote control, leave the controller out completely, and control the metal detector with your XP wireless headset.
Thanks to the fast simultaneous multi-frequency technology, the DEUS II performs extremely well in all terrain and conditions, both on land and at sea. Choose between the 12 installed simultaneous multi-frequency default programs, 12 custom user-programmed slots or 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The multi-frequency technology can cover a large spectrum of targets and soil conditions and also features great iron discrimination capabilities.
Compact and lightweight, the DEUS II features a telescopic and ergonomic S-Stem that provides instant storage and greater manoeuvrability than conventional stems. XP also developed a rubber grip designed to fit the shape of your hand and an improved grip angle. You can collapse the stem of your detector and store it in just a few seconds. Once folded, this detector measures only 65cm in length. It is also adjustable and adapts to your desired search height for more comfort.
